Terms of Service
These terms cover use of Trackside Legacy cards, profiles, Paddock cards, comments, and paid access. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly.
Racing Information
Trackside Legacy is for entertainment, research, and shared racing discussion. It does not guarantee race outcomes and is not financial, wagering, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Do not use Trackside Legacy to impersonate another person, interfere with the service, scrape private data, or bypass account, card, Paddock, login, or payment limits.
Paid Access
Single-card purchases and Paddock subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Access depends on successful payment, active subscription status, and the product rules shown at checkout or in your account. Billing settings and cancellations are managed through Stripe when available.
Paddock Activity
Boosts, fades, comments, invitations, receipts, and other Paddock activity may be visible to other members of the Paddock. Keep comments respectful and do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or private information about someone else.
Service Changes
Trackside Legacy is still evolving. Features, card formats, pricing, availability, and supported tracks may change as the product moves toward launch.
