Privacy Policy
Trackside Legacy helps racing fans build profile-based cards and shared Paddock cards. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email, display name, and profile image when Google provides one. We use that information to create or reopen your Trackside account.
We also store an optional profile thumbnail you choose, the profile preferences you create, card access records, Paddock membership, shared-card boosts, fades, comments, invitations, receipt results, and optional push notification subscriptions.
Payments
Paid cards and Paddock subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Trackside Legacy stores Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, entitlement, and webhook identifiers so we can grant access, show account status, and open Stripe billing settings. We do not store full card numbers.
Handicapping And AI Text
Race cards are prepared ahead of time from racing data, profile settings, and stored handicapping runs. Some card descriptions and profile writeups may be generated during setup or overnight processing, then stored for use when a customer opens a card.
How We Use Information
We use account and card data to operate the product, keep cards available to the right customers, sync Paddock activity, deliver invitations and notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and improve the experience.
Sharing
We use service providers such as Google for authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, web push services for notifications, hosting/database providers, and AI providers for configured card-generation work. Your chosen profile thumbnail and Paddock card activity are visible to other active members of that Paddock.
Your Choices
You can sign out, download your account data, decline push notifications, revoke browser push permission, manage billing through Stripe when available, submit an account deletion request from your account page, and contact us about account or data questions at privacy@tracksidelegacy.com.
